When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, I pivoted attention quickly to create timely, pertinent messaging for internal and external audiences of the Leeds School of Business. I developed content for Leeds’ COVID web pages, which became the “hub” of communication and resources for the school. The pages were segmented by audiences and included personalized messaging I wrote on behalf of the dean, resources targeted to the needs of that particular group, helpful links and more.
I also supported internal communications, including a downloadable pdf toolkit for students that helped them navigate the new mode of remote learning. I also supported communications across channels for Leeds’ COVID webinar series as well as developed a targeted email campaign to support graduate programs recruitment, which was stymied during that time.
